Our Graded Biltong is left to dry for about 14 days before being processed. The Biltong shredded beef is Ideal for making a creamy biltong soup or to be used as a sandwich filler.

Ingredients: salt, pepper, coriander other spices, and vinegar

Package: Vacuum sealed in 80g bag

This is not a powder more like a shredded texture.
