Boerewors is a traditional South African sausage made from a mixture of beef, pork, seasoned with a blend of spices coriander, cloves, nutmeg, and black pepper. Boerewors is often enjoyed grilled over an open flame, commonly during outdoor gatherings or barbecues known as "braais" in South Africa.
