Under 1 kg (0kg - 1kg): 95 thb
standard shipping (1kg – 2.5kg): 195 thb
Heavy Shipping (5kg - 10kg and over): 500 thb
Free shipping is only available for our Biltong 100g range (if you add anything ells to the biltong order the shipping cost will change) please insure you check our shipping rates.
General Questions & Web Store Inquiries.
For general questions and questions regarding web shop orders, please contact us via email. Please email: siambbqcompany@gmail.com Please be sure to include your order number followed by the request in the subject line of your email. Example: - Order #1234 - General Inquiry. Please allow for at least 24 working hours for a response to your email inquiry. Please understand that we are working hard to process and ship your orders as soon as they are received. Orders "awaiting fulfilment" are being processed by our dispatch team and will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible.
Fresh Orders.
If you place an order for "Fresh" products. ie; Boerewors, sosatie etc, we process the order at our butchery to get the product as fresh as possible. Our fresh products are delivered Monday - Saturday. Our fresh products are packed with specially designed ice packs and bubble wrap to ensure they remain fresh until they are delivered to your door. Please understand that we make every effort to get fresh to you as fresh as possible. Fresh orders are treated differently to regular non-perishable orders and may take longer to process due to factors like availability.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If an order containing fresh meat (boerewors, sosaties etc.) is placed after 1pm on a Friday it will be processed and dispatched the following week. All of our deliveries are shipped with Ems ( thai postal service) on a 48 hours delivery service (unless otherwise specified). You should receive your parcel within 24 - 72 hours after the parcel has been dispatched and not 48 hours from when the order is placed. Working hours are from Monday to Saturday Parcels are usually delivered between 8 am - 6 pm.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time.
The customer will receive a tracking number and will be able to track the parcel once the courier company collects the parcel from our warehouse. All orders placed on our website need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18 at the specified delivery address. If no one is at home, the parcel will be sent back to the Ems ( Thailand postal service). Please only place an order if you (or a friend/family member) are going to be available to sign for the parcel. Once a parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us stating that your order has been "Fulfilled" and "Dispatched". We, together with EMS are trying hard to get your parcel to you on time.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday and busy times of the year (this includes religion holiday weekends), please order early and well in advance. Please also be aware that we experience a high volume of orders daily and special arrangements are not always possible.

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
