What is Biltong and how does it differ from Beef Jerky?
Biltong is a traditional South African snack made from premium beef that is marinated in natural spices and air-dried. Unlike jerky, which is often smoked and contains sugar or preservatives, our biltong is cured with vinegar and air-dried to retain its natural tenderness and high protein content.
Where do you source your meat?
We take pride in using high-quality Thai-Angus cattle sourced from local farms in the Korat region. This ensures our beef is fresh, flavorful, and supports local agriculture.
How should I store my Biltong and Boerewors?
Biltong: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, it is best kept in the fridge to maintain freshness.
Boerewors & Steaks: These are fresh/frozen products and must be kept in the freezer or refrigerator immediately upon arrival.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Thailand. Currently, international shipping outside of Thailand is on hold
How are fresh products (like Boerewors) shipped to stay fresh?
Fresh and frozen items are packed in cooler boxes with dry ice. We use cold-chain logistics to ensure your meat arrives at your door in perfect condition.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours.
Once shipped via EMS or our partner couriers, you should receive your parcel within 24–72 hours.
Please note that fresh meat orders placed after 1:00 PM on a Friday will be processed the following Monday to ensure they don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress through the Thai Postal Service or our courier's website.
What should I do if no one is home to sign for the delivery?
Since our products,especially fresh meats are perishable, someone should be available to sign for the package. If no one is home, please let us know, we will inform you when we use grab express We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is present between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Do you offer discounts on your products?
No, we do offer promotions on our products from time to time Good quality meat don't come with a discount
