■Biltong sticks are prepared in the same way as biltong but instead of being cut into thick slabs these are cut into thin strips and then spiced, marinated, and air-dried.
Because they are cut thinner the texture is drier and they tend to 'snap' when you eat them. Biltong sticks are very high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and pack a tasty punch of flavor. These meat sticks are the perfect snack.
Our beef sticks have the same texture as our chili sticks without the Burn.
